Shipping policy

All NVRS orders are carefully inspected, authenticated and securely prepared prior to shipment.

Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing prior to dispatch. This period allows for authentication, inspection and preparation of each piece. In exceptional circumstances, additional processing time may be required, in which case the customer will be contacted.

All high-value orders are shipped using tracked and insured delivery with signature confirmation. A signature may be required upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the delivery address may not be possible.

For international orders, applicable duties, taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If a package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the package prior to opening and contact nvrsclub@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
